We will represent you in negotiations in the event that a trustee or creditor opposes your repayment plan. Once the plan is approved by the court you just need to complete the payments for 3-5 years. The plan payment is based on a calculation of your disposable income, so an affordable monthly payment will go to the bankruptcy trustee and be distributed amongst your creditors. Once the plan is fulfilled you will be issued a discharge order to release you from liability for your remaining debts to creditors.
